Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the diagnostic take?
The assessment itself is 90 minutes with your leadership team. Report delivery and debrief happen within 5 business days. You receive your report and have a 30-minute debrief call to discuss findings.
Who should participate in the diagnostic?
Ideally your executive director, HR manager or administrator, and one clinical leader. We need people who understand operations, compliance, people, and clinical practice. Smaller organizations may have this in one or two people.
What happens after I get the report?
You have a 30-minute debrief call where we discuss your Workforce Health Score, explain your dimension-by-dimension breakdown, and walk through our program recommendations. You have 60 days to apply your diagnostic credit toward a Signature Program.
Can the diagnostic be done virtually?
Yes. We conduct diagnostics via video conference. We can also do them in person if you prefer. Your report and debrief are the same either way.
Is the diagnostic information confidential?
Completely. Your diagnostic findings are yours alone. We do not share your specific scores or responses with anyone. We only reference sector benchmarks and general learnings in our work.
What if I do not want to do a Signature Program?
Your diagnostic report and recommendations are valuable on their own. You can use them to guide your own implementation, work with other consultants, or simply understand your workforce gaps better. Your score is yours to keep.
Yes. These can be included in Enterprise Partnerships or purchased standalone.
Absolutely. Every deliverable inside our Signature Programs is available à la carte. Bundles save 15-55% compared to purchasing services individually. If you only need one or two items, we will scope it as a standalone engagement. If your needs expand, any à la carte spend can be credited toward a full bundle within 60 days.
