Every engagement is scoped based on your organization size, complexity, and specific needs. We discuss investment during your discovery call so there are no surprises. Signature Programs bundle services at significant savings versus individual pricing.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. We offer milestone-based payment structures. A deposit is required to begin, with subsequent payments tied to deliverable milestones.

What is included in every program?

Every program includes discovery and diagnostic, all deliverable documents, implementation support, staff training where applicable, and 90 days of post-delivery support.

Can I start with one service and expand later?

Absolutely. Every service is available individually. If your needs expand, any à la carte spend can be credited toward a full Signature Program bundle within 60 days.

Do you offer recurring monthly services?

Yes. Several services are available as monthly engagements, including Policy Library, Leave Management, HR Hotline for Managers, HRIS Oversight, Benefits Administration, Compliance Check-In, and Broker Liaison. These can be standalone or included in Enterprise Partnerships.

What is the 18-Month Workforce Guarantee?

Every direct placement through TWF Permanent Placement™ is backed by our 18-Month Workforce Guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves within 18 months, we replace them at no additional placement fee.

What does a typical engagement cost?

Most growing organizations invest between $5,000 and $25,000 depending on scope. A Workup™ diagnostic starts at $1,750 and credits toward any Signature Program or BUILD-phase service within 30 days. Individual Signature Programs range from $3,500 to $12,000 per program, with 15-55% bundle savings when combining multiple programs. Enterprise partnerships are scoped during your discovery call based on size, locations, and complexity.
